License Info
License Agreement between LICENSEE (buyer of the item) and ModularMusic
Purchasing a standard or extended license gives the buyer non-exclusive rights. ModularMusic reserves the right to re-license/re-sell the same item exclusively.
The Buyer (LICENSEE) receives a 320 kbps high-quality, untagged mp3 file or zipped wav file (44,1kHz/16bit).
After payment confirmation, the buyer will be e-mailed the download link or redirected to download page after payment.
Standard and extended licensing rights allow the use of the item for only one project – free or commercial (web uses like: Company and personal websites, web-video, (YouTube / VIMEO & Online Videos) podcasts, presentations, slide-shows, music on hold) .
You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client. This license is then transferred to your client.
RIGHTS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AGREEMENT
No re-distribution of the Item as stock, in a tool or template.
You can’t re-distribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for free.
The rights granted to the Buyer (LICENSEE) do not permit the LICENSEE to:
– claim authorship of the music represented under this AGREEMENT
– transfer, share or sub-lease this license agreement with any other party
– copy or duplicate the Work except for use in the LICENSEE’s production
– permit any other individual or third party the right to use the work in place of the LICENSEE
Our license types:
STANDARD LICENSE:
Is non-exclusive, non-transferable and give you lifetime rights to use the music after purchase for ONE project (non-profit or commercial) e.g.:
company and personal websites, webvideo (YouTube/VIMEO, etc & online videos), corporate presentations, podcasts, music on hold, etc …
EXTENDED LICENSE:
Is non-exclusive, non-transferable and gives you lifetime rights to use the music after purchase for ONE project (non-profit or commercial) plus:
Broadcast use (TV-, Radio-programs, documentaries over 10 Mio audience) theatrical performances, audiobooks, Online Games, paid Mobile Apps.
